Immediately after collection, gently invert the tube 180°, 5 to 6 times
Anticoagulant to Blood Ratio:
9:1
Storage and Operating Temperature:
4 a 30º C
Edta Vacutube
A collection tube containing EDTA K2 or EDTA K3 as an additive. EDTA is the most widely used anticoagulant for hematology due to its superior preservation of cellular morphology

9:1
Storage and Operating Temperature:
4 a 30º C
Sodium Fluoride Vacutube
A collection tube that utilizes a combination of anticoagulant agents (sodium fluoride and potassium oxalate) for glucose testing. With the use of an enzymatic inhibitor and a special internal treatment, it allows for obtaining a blood sample that can be preserved for a long period without altering the original state and metabolism of blood cells.
Color Code: GRAY
Size:
13 x 75 mm
Aspiration Volume:
2 ml / 4 ml
Anticoagulant:
Potassium Oxalate and Sodium Fluoride
(powder)

Storage and Operating Temperature:
4 a 30º C
Blood Storage Time:
48 hours at room temperature
(blood sugar level)
Separator Gel Vacutube
A collection tube that contains a clot activator and separator gel. Its main advantage is the obtainment of high-quality serum, as the gel prevents the exchange of substances between the serum and the blood, thus preserving the chemical and biochemical components of the sample. It is primarily used in immunology and clinical biochemistry.
Color Code: YELLOW
Size:
13 x 75 mm
13 x 100 mm

3600 rpm / 5000 rpm
Storage and Operating Temperature:
4 a 30º C
Heparin Vacutube
A collection tube that contains Sodium Heparin. It is used in biochemical tests or tests that require plasma analysis. Due to its interference with leukocyte staining quality, it is not recommended for use in complete blood counts (hemograms).
Color Code: GREEN
Size:
13 x 75 mm
Aspiration Volume:
4 ml
Anticoagulant:
Sodium Heparin
